Measuring Tips
Measuring is a very important part of having a great looking and functioning system. Here are some measuring tips to help you install a great system.
-
Account for the connection widths.
-
Adjusting for the different cabinet design features.
-
Avoiding drawer slides and existing plumbing.
-
Measuring to the Pre-draft angle.

Accounting for the connection widths
Instead of doing the math for every piece, A great way to account for the width of the connecting pieces is to simply tape them into position first and then measure. We're not looking for perfect now, We will adjust for that later. This will also help you in finding the best route for the plumbing.

Adjusting for design features
With so many different cabinet styles out there, some have design features that will need to be accounted for. Such as moldings, trim, Etc. Using an Offset spacer is a great way to account for these little off sets.

Cutting the plumbing
The OARYsystem is designed to be a cut to length and press fit system. Even though this system is pretty simple to put together there is some proper care needed when cutting the pieces so there is a proper vacuum seal. What we are looking for is a square, "Burr free" and flush fit.

1. The installation hardware included will help you get a great installation.

MEASURE ACCURATALY
Using a ultrathin pen and a square is recommended

3. Cut slow and ensure your cut is straight.

4. Razer blade and lightly sand burrs using the block and miter box for a square finish.

5. Test fit pieces, make sure there is a flush and snug connection.
